Recently purchased a 2 pack through Amazon hiked a couple mountains for the fourth of July weekend as they were amazing today (about 21 days later) i noticed the metal ring is gone to clip it to, good thing i wasn't leaning over a waterfall or cliff. The ring must have an opening that it shouldn't had i know i would have gotten out the soldering gun and closed them myself. Do you sell the metal ring separately? I'll take a dozen!
>> Holdmate replied:
Hi! We’re very sorry this happened, especially while using the product during hiking.
Unfortunately, we do not currently sell Holdmate products on Amazon. There are several unauthorized sellers offering cheaper copies and imitation products, which may not meet the same quality and safety standards as the original Holdmate.
Since the order was placed through Amazon, we recommend contacting the Amazon seller directly or requesting a return or refund through your order page.
For an authentic Holdmate, please purchase directly from our official website: Holdmategear.com.

Currently overseas with my Hold Mate and being a bit older and forgetful, this has been gold for me. I definitely would have put my phone down somewhere by now and lost it for sure. It’s been heavily used and is still in the condition I brought it. Usually online purchases are cheap and nasty but this one is really well designed and is sturdy. Best travel purchase I made for this trip and I highly recommend it.
